Own and execute growth strategy across digital channels, from paid acquisition to content-led organic growth.
Market Analysis
Analyse data to identify high-potential markets and brand partners, building the business case for expansion.
Marketing Funnels
Work with the content team to create high-converting marketing funnels tailored to B2B alcohol commerce.
Performance Marketing
Manage performance marketing budgets and continuously optimise CPA and LTV ratios across all channels.
What skills do I need?
B2B SaaS Experience
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing. You've scaled a tech brand before.
Data-Driven
Strong proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, and SQL. You make decisions from data, not intuition alone.
International Markets
Proven track record scaling tech brands in international markets, ideally within Europe and the US.
Entrepreneurial
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to move fast and adapt strategy in a fluid, fast-growing environment.
